Quality & Process

Know What to Expect Before the Work Begins

Good work starts with clear information, an honest schedule and an agreement about what the finished part needs to meet.

01

Tell us what the job requires

Send your contact information and a clear description of the part, material, dimensions, quantity, required tolerances, added work, due date and pickup or delivery needs. The website form does not accept files. We’ll ask for drawings after we review the first request.

02

Make sure the job fits

We look at the part, material, quantity, setup, schedule and any added shop work. We ask questions before finalizing the quote so both sides understand what is expected.

03

Give a date we can stand behind

Two weeks is our preferred planning target for many jobs, but the actual lead time depends on the work already scheduled. We consider rush requests only after protecting the due dates we have already promised.

04

Make the parts and complete the agreed work

We route the parts to the agreed project requirements. If sanding, assembly or packaging is included in the quote, we complete those steps before the order is handed off.

05

Check the work before it leaves the shop

We check completed work for squareness, cut quality and required dimensions. If a part does not meet the agreed requirements, we do not ship it. We can provide project documentation when it is requested and agreed during quoting.

06

Agree on the handoff

Pickup, local delivery or shipping may be available depending on the job and destination. We confirm the plan during quoting rather than promising one delivery radius for every order.
