CNC Routing Services
CNC Routing for Repeat Production Parts
We route hardwood, plywood and plastic parts for manufacturers who need consistent production and attention to detail. Our team works with you to confirm requirements and keep repeat orders moving.

A good quote begins with a clear understanding of the work
CNC routing works well for flat or sheet-based parts, repeated profiles, cutouts and other work that fits our equipment. We look at the shape, material, thickness, quantity, tolerance and due date before telling you whether the job is a good fit.
- Production drawing, PDF or detailed dimensions
- Material type and thickness
- Finished part dimensions
- Quantity and repeat-order expectations
- Required tolerances
- Target date and delivery or pickup needs
Hardwoods, plywoods and plastics
We run an Anderson Stratos 3-axis router with a 4 × 8 ft usable work area. We generally route material from 3/16 in. to 1 1/2 in. thick. The exact limit depends on the material, tooling and part.
We do not route metal or provide finishing.
Set up for repeat work
We focus on jobs where a sound setup can be used to make the same part consistently. Depending on the part, material, setup and current schedule, Deeko can produce up to approximately 1,000 parts in a week.
First orders for small CNC parts normally begin around 50 pieces. We may consider smaller custom jobs when a setup charge makes the work practical.
Help before the cut and after it
Some jobs need more than machine time. We can help work through a drawing or design, and we can include sanding, assembly or packaging when the job calls for it. We’ll discuss pickup, local delivery or shipping when we quote the work.
- Design and drawing assistance
- Sanding
- Assembly
- Packaging
- Pickup, optional local delivery and shipping
How the work moves through the shop
- Send us a detailed quote request.
- We review it and ask for drawings or files when needed.
- We confirm the material, quantity, tolerance, due date and any added work.
- Price, scope and schedule are agreed before production begins.
- We route the parts, check the work and prepare the order for pickup, delivery or shipping.
Send us the details
Tell us the material, dimensions, quantity, required tolerances and due date. The clearer the request, the more useful our first answer can be.
