These numbers are a starting point. We still look at tool access, part shape, material, setup and required tolerance before accepting a job.

Capacity depends on the part

Deeko can produce up to approximately 1,000 parts in a week when the part, material, setup and current schedule allow it. We look at the actual job before giving you a quantity or due-date commitment.

You can start without a finished drawing

A detailed description, dimensions, a PDF or a rough idea can be enough to begin. When it makes sense, we can help work through the design or drawing. We ask for files after the first inquiry rather than through the website form.

Added work when the job calls for it

We can include sanding, assembly and packaging along with the routing when those steps fit the job. We do not provide finishing. Pickup, local delivery or shipping is discussed before the quote is finalized.

What we do not offer

We do not route metal, and milling and turning are not current services. Finished-part tolerances are handled job by job. We do not publish one blanket tolerance because the material, tooling, setup and part all affect the result.

Not sure whether the job fits?

Send us the material, dimensions, quantity, tolerance requirements and intended use. We’ll look it over and tell you the next practical step.
